Veterans are not currently being provided with basic comfort needs and simple entertainment when they are hospitalized at the VA hospitals in the area.
It is our responsibility as Masons to act on this issue. We will be collecting goods as well as monetary donations to purchase interactive games for the spinal cord unit to be delivered for Memorial Day. Collection points have been established at every building in the 5th and 6th districts. Please mail checks payable to “Masonic Operation Support” and mail to:

Basic Comfort needs:
Combs, brushes, deodorant, soap, shaving cream, razors (disposable and/or electric), lotion, shampoo, no-rinse shampoo, body powder, toothpaste, toothbrushes, dental floss, mouthwash, lip balm, denture cleaner, denture cups, denture adhesive, nail clippers, emery boards, nail files, reading glasses, pre-paid calling cards
Simple entertainment needs:
Crossword puzzle books (large print), headphones, small hand-held radios, small hand held video games, cribbage boards, playing cards, dominoes, board games, stress balls, Nintendo Wii console and games
